A Hobby Is Found
Logan, our founder, started messing around with the online web tool Wix but quickly got frustrated with its limits. Between the ages of 11 and 13, he taught himself basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, then discovered WordPress. He learned how to use it efficiently and securely, sparking his passion for web development early on.
Krowd Social and Aurc
At 15, Logan formed his first business with a mission to create affordable websites for small businesses. He noticed many sites were overpriced and outdated with boxy designs. Though Logan wasn’t a fan of the aggressive look of Krowd Social, he found aurc.co.uk was available and purchased it, setting the foundation for his web agency journey.
Creation of Newarke
Now 17, Logan teamed up with his close friend Fred to launch Newarke Web Company, named after a historic area in Leicester to honour their roots. Newarke focuses on building quality websites paired with exceptional, friendly, and professional service, still at prices businesses can afford.
